103:1
ዘዳዊት ። ተባርኮ ፡ ነፍስየ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ ወኵሉ ፡ አዕጽምትየ ፡ ለስሙ ፡ ቅዱስ ።
我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！ 凡在我裏面的，也要稱頌他的聖名！
Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name!
103:2
ተባርኮ ፡ ነፍስየ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ ወኢትርሳዕ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ሰብሐቲሁ ።
我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！ 不可忘記他的一切恩惠！
Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits,
103:3
ዘይሰሪ ፡ ለከ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ኃጢአትከ ፤ ዘይፌውሰከ ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ደዌከ ።
他赦免你的一切罪孽， 醫治你的一切疾病。
who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,
103:4
ዘያድኅና ፡ እሙስና ፡ ለሕይወትከ ፤ ዘይኬልለከ ፡ በሣህሉ ፡ ወበምሕረቱ ።
他救贖你的命脫離死亡， 以仁愛和慈悲為你的冠冕。
who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies,
103:5
ዘያጸግባ ፡ እምበረከቱ ፡ ለፍትወትከ ፤ ዘይሔድሳ ፡ ከመ ፡ ንስር ፡ ለውርዙትከ ።
他用美物使你所願的得以知足， 以致你如鷹返老還童。
who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
103:6
ገባሬ ፡ ሣህል ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ወይፈትሕ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ግፉዓን ።
耶和華施行公義， 為一切受屈的人伸冤。
Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed.
103:7
አርአየ ፡ ፍናዊሁ ፡ ለሙሴ ፤ ወለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ሥምረቶ ።
他使摩西知道他的法則， 叫以色列人曉得他的作為。
He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.
103:8
መሓሪ ፡ ወመስተሣህል ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ርሑቀ ፡ መዐት ፡ ወብዙኀ ፡ ምሕረት ፡ ወጻድቅ ።
耶和華有憐憫，有恩典， 不輕易發怒，且有豐盛的慈愛。
Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness.
103:9
ኢይቀሥፍ ፡ ወትረ ፡ ወኢይትመዓዕ ፡ ዘልፈ ።
他不長久責備， 也不永遠懷怒。
He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever.
103:10
አኮ ፡ በከመ ፡ ኀጢአትነ ፡ ዘገብረ ፡ ለነ ፤ ወኢፈደየነ ፡ በከመ ፡ አበሳነ ።
他沒有按我們的罪過待我們， 也沒有照我們的罪孽報應我們。
He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities.
103:11
ወበከመ ፡ ልዑል ፡ ሰማይ ፡ እምድር ፤ አጽንዐ ፡ ምሕረቶ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እለ ፡ ይፈርህዎ ።
天離地何等的高， 他的慈愛向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！
For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him.
103:12
ወበከመ ፡ ይርሕቅ ፡ ሠርቅ ፡ እምዐረብ ፤ አርሐቀ ፡ እምኔነ ፡ ኀጢአተነ ።
東離西有多遠， 他叫我們的過犯離我們也有多遠！
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
103:13
ወበከመ ፡ ይምሕር ፡ አብ ፡ ውሉደ ፤ ከማሁ ፡ ይምሕሮሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለእለ ፡ ይፈርህዎ ። እስመ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ያአመር ፡ ፍጥረተነ ፤
父親怎樣憐恤他的兒女， 耶和華也怎樣憐恤敬畏他的人！
Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him.
103:14
ተዘከር ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ ከመ ፡ መሬት ፡ ንሕነ ። ወሰብእሰ ፡ ከመ ፡ ሣዕር ፡ መዋዕሊሁ ፤ ወከመ ፡ ጽጌ ፡ ገዳም ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ይፈሪ ።
因為他知道我們的本體， 思念我們不過是塵土。
For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.
103:15
እስመ ፡ መንፈስ ፡ ይወፅእ ፡ እምኔሁ ፡ ወኢይሄሉ ፡ እንከ ፤ ወኢያአምር ፡ እንከ ፡ መካኖ ።
至於世人，他的年日如草一樣。 他發旺如野地的花，
As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
103:16
ወሣህሉሰ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እምዓለም ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ዲበ ፡ እለ ፡ ይፈርህዎ ፤
經風一吹，便歸無有； 它的原處也不再認識它。
For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.
103:17
ወጽድቁኒ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ትውልደ ፡ ትውልድ ። ለእለ ፡ የዐቅቡ ፡ ሕጎ ፤
但耶和華的慈愛歸於敬畏他的人， 從亙古到永遠； 他的公義也歸於子子孫孫－
But Yahweh’s loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children’s children,
103:18
ወይዜከሩ ፡ ትእዛዞ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይግበሩ ።
就是那些遵守他的約、 記念他的訓詞而遵行的人。
to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts.
103:19
እግዚአብሔር ፡ አስተዳለወ ፡ መንበሮ ፡ በሰማያት ፤ ወኵሎ ፡ ይኴንን ፡ በመንግሥቱ ።
耶和華在天上立定寶座； 他的權柄 統管萬有。
Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.
103:20
ባርክዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ኵልክሙ ፡ መላእክቲሁ ፤ ጽኑዓን ፡ ወኀያላን ፡ እለ ፡ ትገብሩ ፡ ቃሎ ፡ ወእለ ፡ ትሰምዑ ፡ ቃለ ፡ ነገሩ ።
聽從他命令、成全他旨意、 有大能的天使，都要稱頌耶和華！
Praise Yahweh, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.
103:21
ባርክዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ኀይሉ ፤ ላእካኑ ፡ እለ ፡ ይገብሩ ፡ ፈቃዶ ።
你們作他的諸軍，作他的僕役， 行他所喜悅的，都要稱頌耶和華！
Praise Yahweh, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure.
103:22
ባርክዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ተግባሩ ፤ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ በሐውርተ ፡ መለኮቱ ፤ ትባርኮ ፡ ነፍስየ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
你們一切被他造的， 在他所治理的各處， 都要稱頌耶和華！ 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！
Praise Yahweh, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise Yahweh, my soul!
