113:2
ሀሌሉያ ። ሰብሕዎ ፡ አግብርቲሁ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ ወሰብሑ ፡ ለስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።
耶和華的名是應當稱頌的， 從今時直到永遠！
Blessed be Yahweh’s name, from this time forward and forever more.
113:3
ወይኩን ፡ ብሩከ ፡ ስሙ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ እምይእዜ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።
從日出之地到日落之處， 耶和華的名是應當讚美的！
From the rising of the sun to its going down, Yahweh’s name is to be praised.
113:4
እምሥራቀ ፡ ፀሐይ ፡ ወእስከነ ፡ ዐርብ ፤ ይትአኰት ፡ ስሙ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ።
耶和華超乎萬民之上； 他的榮耀高過諸天。
Yahweh is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens.
113:5
ልዑል ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መልዕልተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ አሕዛብ ፤ ወውስተ ፡ ሰማያት ፡ ስብሐቲሁ ።
誰像耶和華－我們的上帝呢？ 他坐在至高之處，
Who is like Yahweh, our God, who has his seat on high,
113:6
መኑ ፡ ከመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ፤ ዘይነብር ፡ ውስተ ፡ አርያም ። ወይሬኢ ፡ ዘበታሕቱ ፤ በሰማይኒ ፡ ወበምድርኒ ።
自己謙卑， 觀看天上地下的事。
who stoops down to see in heaven and on the earth?
113:7
ዘያነሥኦ ፡ ለነዳይ ፡ እምድር ፤ ወያሌዕሎ ፡ እመሬት ፡ ለምስኪን ።
他從灰塵裏抬舉貧寒人， 從糞堆中提拔窮乏人，
He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the needy from the ash heap,
113:8
ከመ ፡ ያንብሮ ፡ ምስለ ፡ መላእክቲሁ ፤ ወምስለ ፡ መላእክተ ፡ ሕዝቡ ።
使他們與王子同坐， 就是與本國的王子同坐。
that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
113:9
ዘያነብራ ፡ ለመካን ፡ ውስተ ፡ ቤቱ ፤ ወያስትፌሥሓ ፡ ለእመ ፡ ውሉድ ።
他使不能生育的婦人安居家中， 為多子的樂母。 你們要讚美耶和華！
He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!
