130:1

ማኅሌት ፡ ዘበመዓርጊሁ ። እምዕምቅ ፡ ጸዋዕኩከ ፡ እግዚኦ ። እግዚኦ ፡ ስምዐኒ ፡ ቃልየ ፤

耶和華啊，我從深處向你求告！

Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh.

130:2

ወይኩን ፡ እዝንከ ፡ ዘያፀምእ ፡ ቃለ ፡ ስእለትየ ።

主啊，求你聽我的聲音！願你側耳聽我懇求的聲音！

Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.

130:3

እመሰ ፡ ኃጢአተኑ ፡ ትትዐቀብ ፡ እግዚኦ ፤ እግዚኦ ፡ መኑ ፡ ይቀውም ።

主－耶和華啊，你若究察罪孽，誰能站得住呢？

If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

130:4

እስመ ፡ እምኀቤከ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ሣህል ፤ በእንተ ፡ ስምከ ።

但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人敬畏你。

But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.

130:5

ተሰፈውኩከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፤ ተዐገሠት ፡ ነፍስየ ፡ በሕግከ ። ተወከለት ፡ ነፍስየ ፡ በእግዚአብሔር ፤

我等候耶和華，我的心等候；我也仰望他的話。

I wait for Yahweh. My soul waits. I hope in his word.

130:6

እምሰዓት ፡ ጽባሕ ፡ እስከ ፡ ሌሊት ። እምሰዓት ፡ ጽባሕ ፡ ተወከለ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ በእግዚአብሔር ።

我的心等候主，勝於守夜的，等候天亮，勝於守夜的，等候天亮。

My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.

130:7

እስመ ፡ እምኀበ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ሣህል ፤ ወብዙኅ ፡ አድኅና ፡ በኀቤሁ ።

以色列啊，你當仰望耶和華！因他有慈愛，有豐盛的救恩。

Israel, hope in Yahweh, for there is loving kindness with Yahweh. Abundant redemption is with him.

130:8

ወውእቱ ፡ ያድኅኖ ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ እምኵሉ ፡ ኃጢአቱ ።

他必救贖以色列脫離一切的罪孽。

He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
