125:1

ማኅሌት ፡ ዘበመዓርጊሁ ። እለ ፡ ተወከሉ ፡ በእግዚአብሔር ፡ ከመ ፡ ደብረ ፡ ጽዮን ፤ ኢይትሀወክ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ዘየኀድር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኢየሩሳሌም ።

倚靠耶和華的人好像錫安山，永不動搖。

Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which can’t be moved, but remains forever.

125:2

አድባር ፡ የዐውዳ ፤ ወእግዚአብሔር ፡ ይሜግብ ፡ ሕዝቦ ፡ እምይእዜ ፡ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ።

眾山怎樣圍繞耶路撒冷，耶和華也照樣圍繞他的百姓，從今時直到永遠。

As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Yahweh surrounds his people from this time forward and forever more.

125:3

እስመ ፡ ኢየኀድግ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በትረ ፡ ኃጥኣን ፡ ዲበ ፡ መክፈልተ ፡ ጻድቃን ፤ ከመ ፡ ኢያንሥኡ ፡ እደዊሆሙ ፡ ጻድቃን ፡ በዐመፃ ።

惡人的杖不常落在義人的分上，免得義人伸手作惡。

For the scepter of wickedness won’t remain over the allotment of the righteous, so that the righteous won’t use their hands to do evil.

125:4

አሠኒ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ ለኄራን ፡ ወለርቱዓነ ፡ ልብ ።

耶和華啊，求你善待那些為善和心裏正直的人。

Do good, Yahweh, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.

125:5

ወእለሰ ፡ ይትመየጡ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ፁግ ፤ ይወስዶሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ምስለ ፡ ገበርተ ፡ ዐመፃ ። ሰላም ፡ ላዕለ ፡ አስራኤል ።

至於那偏行彎曲道路的人，耶和華必使他和作惡的人一同出去受刑。願平安歸於以色列！

But as for those who turn away to their crooked ways, Yahweh will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.

詩篇 第 125 章
