3-66:1

Κἀγὼ πάλιν ἀναλαβὼν τὸν λόγον, ὁπόθεν τὴν ἀρχὴν ἐπεπαύμην ἀποδεικνύων ὅτι ἐκ παρθένου γεννητος καὶ διὰ παρθένου γεννηθῆναι αὐτὸν διὰ Ἡσαίου ἐπεπροφήτευτο, καὶ αὐτὴν προφητείαν πάλιν ἔλεγον

And I again took up the discourse from where I had earlier left off in demonstrating that He was prophesied through Isaiah to be born of a virgin and through a virgin, and I again stated the prophecy itself.

我又從先前停下的地方接續講論，就是在證明祂曾藉以賽亞被預言要從童女、並藉童女而生，我便又陳述那預言本身。

3-66:2

Ἔστι δὲ αὕτη· Καὶ προσέθετο κύριος λαλῆσαι τῷ Ἄχαζ, λέγων· Αἴτησαι σεαυτῷ σημεῖον παρὰ κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου εἰς βάθος ἢ εἰς ὕψος. Καὶ εἶπεν Ἄχαζ· Οὐ μὴ αἰτήσω οὐδὲ μὴ πειράσω κύριον. Καὶ εἶπεν Ἡσαίας· Ἀκούσατε δή, οἶκος Δαυΐδ. Μὴ μικρὸν ὑμῖν ἀγῶνα παρέχειν ἀνθρώποις; Καὶ πῶς κυρίῳ παρέχετε ἀγῶνα; Διὰ τοῦτο δώσει κύριος αὐτὸς ὑμῖν σημεῖον· ἰδοὺ ἡ παρθένος ἐν γαστρὶ λήψεται καὶ τέξεται υἱόν, καὶ καλέσουσι τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Ἐμμανουήλ. Βούτυρον καὶ μέλι φάγεται

"This is it: 'And the Lord again spoke to Ahaz, saying: Ask for yourself a sign from the Lord your God, in the depth or in the height. And Ahaz said: I will not ask, neither will I tempt the Lord. And Isaiah said: Hear now, O house of David. Is it a small thing for you to provide a struggle for men? And how do you provide a struggle for the Lord? Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: behold, the virgin shall conceive in the womb and shall bear a son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel. Butter and honey shall He eat.'"

「這預言是：『耶和華又對亞哈斯說：你向耶和華你的神求一個兆頭，或求顯在深處，或求顯在高處。亞哈斯說：我不求，我不試探耶和華。以賽亞說：大衛家啊，你們當聽。你們使人厭煩豈算小事，還要使我的神厭煩嗎？因此，主自己要給你們一個兆頭：看哪，必有童女懷孕生子，給祂起名叫以馬內利。到祂曉得棄惡擇善的時候，祂必吃奶油與蜂蜜。』」

Πρὶν ἢ γνῶναι αὐτὸν ἢ προελέσθαι πονηρὰ ἐκλέξεται τὸ ἀγαθόν· διότι, πρὶν ἢ γνῶναι τὸ παιδίον κακὸν ἢ ἀγαθόν, ἀπειθεῖ πονηρὰ τοῦ ἐκλέξασθαι τὸ ἀγαθόν. Διότι, πρὶν ἢ γνῶναι τὸ παιδίον καλεῖν πατέρα ἢ μητέρα, λήψεται δύναμιν Δαμασκοῦ καὶ τὰ σκύλα Σαμαρείας ἔναντι βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων. Καὶ καταληφθήσεται ἡ γῆ, ἥν σὺ σκληρῶς οἴσεις ἀπὸ προσώπου τῶν δύο βασιλέων. Ἀλλ ἐπάξει ὁ θεὸς ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν λαόν σου καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τοῦ πατρός σου ἡμέρας, αἳ οὐδέπω ἥκασιν, ἀπὸ τῆς ἡμέρας ἧς ἀφεῖλεν Ἐφραῒμ ἀπὸ Ἰούδα τὸν βασιλέα Ἀσσυρίων

"'Before He knows or chooses evil, He shall choose the good; for, before the child knows evil or good, He refuses evil that He may choose the good. For, before the child knows how to call father or mother, He shall take the power of Damascus and the spoils of Samaria before the king of the Assyrians. And the land shall be forsaken, which you shall hardly bear from the face of the two kings. But God shall bring upon you and upon your people and upon your father's house days which have not yet come, from the day that Ephraim took away from Judah the king of the Assyrians.'"

「『在祂曉得棄惡擇善以先，祂必揀選那善的；因為這孩子在曉得善惡以先，就厭棄那惡的，以便揀選那善的。因為這孩子在曉得叫父母以先，必在亞述王面前奪取大馬士革的財富和撒瑪利亞的擄物。並且你所為之憂懼的那地，必因那兩王之故而被撇棄。但神必使那未曾來到的日子臨到你、你的百姓和你父家，就是自以法蓮離開猶大之日起。』」

3-66:4

Καὶ ἐπέφερον· Ὅτι μὲν οὖν ἐν τῷ γένει τῷ κατὰ σάρκα Ἀβραὰμ οὐδεὶς οὐδέποτε ἀπὸ παρθένου γεγέννηται οὐδὲ λέλεκται γεγεννημένος ἀλλ ἢ οὗτος ὁ ἡμέτερος Χριστός, πᾶσι φανερόν ἐστι

And I added: "That, then, in the race of Abraham according to the flesh no one has ever been born of a virgin, nor has anyone been said to have been so born, except this our Christ, is evident to all."

我又補充說：「那麼，在亞伯拉罕肉身的族類中，從來沒有一人是從童女而生的，也沒有一人被說成是如此生的，惟有這位我們的基督，這是眾人都明白的。」
