ℹ️ This corpus has no verse-level morphological tagging. Lemmas come mainly from word-level tagging of other books in the same language (not from this verse), falling back to dictionary form-matching for the rest. Rare homographs can still be misread; verify against the original and a specialist lexicon where precision matters.

For indeed the whole race of mankind will be found to be under a curse according to the Law of Moses. For it is said, 'Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things that are written in the book of the Law to do them.' And no one has accurately done all things, nor will you dare to deny it; but some have kept the commandments more, and some less, than others. But if those under this Law appear to be under a curse for not keeping all things, how much more shall all the nations appear to be under a curse, practising idolatry, corrupting children, and working other evils.
If, then, the Father of all willed that His own Christ should take upon Himself the curses of all on behalf of men of every race, knowing that He would raise Him up after He had been crucified and had died, why do you speak of Him who endured to suffer these things according to the Father's will as one accursed, and do not rather lament for yourselves? For though both His Father and He Himself brought it about that He should suffer these things for the human race, you did not do this as servants of God's purpose; for neither did you work piety in slaying the prophets.
And let none of you say: 'If the Father willed that He should suffer these things, that by His stripes there might be healing for the human race, we have done no wrong.' If indeed you say this while repenting of your sins, and recognising that this is the Christ, and keeping His commandments, then I have foretold that there will be forgiveness of sins for you.
But if you curse both Him and those who believe in Him, and, whenever you have the power, put them to death, how shall it not be required of you that you laid your hands upon Him, as from unjust and sinful men, utterly hard-hearted and without understanding?
