Ὅτι δὲ καὶ θεραπεύσειν πάσας νόσους καὶ νεκροὺς ἀνεγερεῖν ὁ ἡμέτερος Χριστὸς προεφητεύθη, ἀκούσατε τῶν λελεγμένων. Ἔστι δὲ ταῦτα· Τῇ παρουσίᾳ αὐτοῦ ἁλεῖται χωλὸς ὡς ἔλαφος, καὶ τρανὴ ἔσται γλῶσσα μογιλάλων· τυφλοὶ ἀναβλέψουσι καὶ λεπροὶ καθαρισθήσονται καὶ νεκροὶ ἀναστήσονται καὶ περιπατήσουσιν. Ὅτι δὲ ταῦτα ἐποίησεν, ἐκ τῶν ἐπὶ Ποντίου Πιλάτου γενομένων ἄκτων μαθεῖν δύνασθε. Πῶς τε προμεμήνυται ὑπὸ τοῦ προφητικοῦ πνεύματος ἀναιρεθησόμενος ἅμα τοῖς ἐπ αὐτὸν ἐλπίζουσιν ἀνθρώποις, ἀκούσατε τῶν λεχθέντων διὰ Ἡσαΐου. Ἔστι δὲ ταῦτα· Ἴδε ὡς ὁ δίκαιος ἀπώλετο, καὶ οὐδεὶς ἐκδέχεται τῇ καρδίᾳ· καὶ ἄνδρες δίκαιοι αἴρονται, καὶ οὐδεὶς κατανοεῖ. Ἀπὸ προσώπου ἀδικίας ᾖρται ὁ δίκαιος καὶ ἔσται ἐν εἰρήνῃ· ἡ ταφὴ αὐτοῦ ἦρται ἐκ τοῦ μέσου
至於我們的基督被預言要醫治百病、叫死人復活，請聽所說的話。其話如下：「在他降臨的時候，瘸子必跳躍像鹿，結巴人的舌頭必說話清楚；瞎子必看見，長大痲瘋的必得潔淨，死人必復活行走。」至於他果然行了這些事，你們可以從本丟彼拉多時所立的案卷中得知。又他如何被預言之靈預告，要與那些指望他的人一同被害，請聽藉以賽亞所說的話。其話如下：「看哪，義人死亡，無人放在心上；虔誠人被收去，無人理會。義人被收去是脫離不義；他必享平安；他的墳墓已從人中除去了。」
And that our Christ was prophesied to heal all diseases and to raise the dead, hear what was said. These are the words: "At his coming the lame shall leap as a deer, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be clear; the blind shall see again, and the lepers shall be cleansed, and the dead shall rise and walk about." And that he did these things, you can learn from the Acts drawn up under Pontius Pilate. And how it was foretold by the prophetic Spirit that he should be slain together with the men who hoped in him, hear what was said through Isaiah. These are the words: "Behold how the just one perished, and no one takes it to heart; and righteous men are taken away, and no one understands. From the presence of injustice the righteous one has been taken away, and he shall be at peace; his burial has been removed out of the midst."
