3-54:1
Καὶ τὸ ὑπὸ Μωσέως δὲ ἀνιστορημένον καὶ ὑπὸ τοῦ πατριάρχου Ἰακὼβ προπεφητευμένον, τὸ Πλυνεῖ ἐν οἴνῳ τὴν στολὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ (??)ν αἵματι σταφυλῆς τὴν περιβολὴν αὐτοῦ. τὸ τῷ αἵματι αὐτοῦ ἀποπλύνειν μέλλειν τοὺς πιστεύοντας αὐτῷ. ἐδήλου. Στολὴν γὰρ αὐτοῦ ἐκάλεσε τὸ ἅγιον πνεῦμα τοὺς δι αὐτοῦ ἄφεσιν ἁμαρτιῶν λαβόντας, ἐν οἷς ἀεὶ δυνάμει μὲν πάρεστι. καὶ ἐναργῶς δὲ παρέσται ἐν τῇ δευτέρᾳ αὐτοῦ παρουσίᾳ
而摩西所記載、族長雅各預先所預言的話：「他在葡萄酒中洗淨他的衣服，在葡萄汁中洗淨他的外袍」，乃是表明：祂要用祂的血洗淨那些信靠祂的人。因為聖靈把那些藉著祂得了罪赦的人稱為祂的衣服，祂在他們中間總是以大能臨在，並且在祂第二次降臨時還要顯然地臨在。
And the saying recorded by Moses and prophesied beforehand by the patriarch Jacob, "He shall wash his robe in wine and his garment in the blood of the grape," signified that He would wash clean by His blood those who believe in Him. For the Holy Spirit called His robe those who through Him received forgiveness of sins, among whom He is always present in power, and will also be manifestly present at His second coming.

Τὸ δὲ αἷμα τῆς σταφυλῆς εἰπεῖν τὸν λόγον, διὰ τῆς τέχνης δεδήλωκεν ὅτι αἷμα μὲν ἔχει ὁ Χριστός, ἀλλ οὐκ ἐξ ἀνθρώπου σπέρματος, ἀλλ ἐκ τῆς τοῦ θεοῦ δυνάμεως. Ὃν γὰρ τρόπον τὸ τῆς ἀμπέλου αἷμα οὐκ ἄνθρωπος ἐγέννησεν ἀλλὰ θεός, οὕτως καὶ τὸ τοῦ Χριστοῦ αἷμα οὐκ ἐξ ἄνθρωπείου γένους ἔσεσθαι. ἀλλ ἐκ θεοῦ δυνάμεως προεμήνυσεν.Ἡ δὲ προφητεία αὕτη, ὦ ἄνδρες, ἣν ἔλεγον, ἀποδεικνύει ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν ὁ Χριστὸς ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ἀνθρώπων, κατὰ τὸ κοινὸν τῶν ἀνθρώπων γεννηθείς
而這話說「葡萄汁（葡萄的血）」，乃是藉著這比喻表明：基督確實有血，但不是出於人的精子，而是出於神的大能。因為正如葡萄樹的血液不是人所生，而是神所生，照樣，也曾預先指明：基督的血不是出於人類的種族，而是出於神的大能。各位啊，我所說的這預言，證明基督不是按一般人的方式從人所生的人。
And by the word's saying "the blood of the grape," it has shown by the figure that the Christ indeed has blood, yet not from human seed, but from the power of God. For just as the blood of the vine was not begotten by a man but by God, so also it was foretold that the blood of the Christ would not be of human descent, but from the power of God. And this prophecy, O men, of which I spoke, demonstrates that the Christ is not a man born of men according to the common manner of men.
