3-12:1

Ἔλεγον δὲ ἔτι καὶ προσέφερον ὅτι καὶ ἐν ἄλλοις λόγοις Ἡσαΐας βοᾷ· Ἀκούσατέ μου τοὺς λόγους, καὶ ζήσεται ἡ ψυχὴ ὑμῶν, καὶ διαθήσομαι ὑμῖν διαθήκην αἰώνιον, τὰ ὅσια Δαυῒδ τὰ πιστά. Ἰδοὺ μάρτυρα αὐτὸν ἔθνεσι δέδωκα. Ἔθνη,ἅ οὐκ οἴδασί σε, ἐπικαλέσονταί σε, λαοί, οἳ οὐκ ἐπίστανταί σε, καταφεύξονται ἐπὶ σέ, ἕνεκεν τοῦ θεοῦ σου τοῦ ἁγίου Ἰσραήλ, ὅτι ἐδόξασέ σε

我還進一步引述以賽亞在別處所宣告的話：『你們要聽我的話，你們的靈魂便得存活，我必與你們立永約，就是應許大衛那可靠的恩典。看哪，我已立他作萬民的見證。素不認識你的國民，必呼求你；素不認識你的列邦，必投奔你；這是因你的神、以色列的聖者，因為他已榮耀了你。』

And I went on still further, adducing also that in other words Isaiah cries out: 'Hear my words, and your soul shall live, and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, the sure mercies of David. Behold, I have given him as a witness to the nations. Nations that do not know you shall call upon you, and peoples who do not understand you shall flee for refuge to you, for the sake of your God, the Holy One of Israel, because he has glorified you.'

Τοῦτον αὐτὸν ὑμεῖς ἠτιμώσατε τὸν νόμον καὶ τὴν καινὴν ἁγίαν αὐτοῦ διαθήκην ἐφαυλίσατε, καὶ οὐδὲ νῦν παραδέχεσθε οὐδὲ μετανοεῖτε πράξαντες κακῶς. Ἔτι γὰρ τὰ ὦτα ὑμῶν πέφρακται, οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ ὑμῶν πεπήρωνται, καὶ πεπάχυται ἡ καρδία. Κέκραγεν Ἱερεμίας, καὶ οὐδ οὕτως ἀκούετε· πάρεστιν ὁ νομοθέτης, καὶ οὐκ ὁρᾶτε· πτωχοὶ εὐαγγελίζονται, τυφλοὶ βλέπουσι, καὶ οὐ συνίετε

你們竟羞辱了這同一個律法，又輕看了他那新的、聖潔的約；直到如今你們仍不接受，也不為自己所行的惡事悔改。因為你們的耳朵仍舊堵塞，眼睛瞎了，心也蒙了油脂。耶利米呼喊，你們尚且不聽；立法者已經臨在，你們卻看不見；窮人有福音傳給他們，瞎子能看見，你們卻不明白。

This very law you have dishonoured, and his new and holy covenant you have made of no account; and not even now do you receive it, nor do you repent of having acted wickedly. For still your ears are stopped, your eyes are blinded, and the heart is grown gross. Jeremiah cries out, and not even so do you listen; the Lawgiver is present, and you do not see; the poor have the gospel preached to them, the blind see, and you do not understand.

Δευτέρας ἤδη χρεία περιτομῆς, καὶ ὑμεῖς ἐπὶ τῇ σαρκὶ μέγα φρονεῖτε. Σαββατίζειν ὑμᾶς ὁ καινὸς νόμος διὰ παντὸς ἐθέλει, καὶ ὑμεῖς μίαν ἀργοῦντες ἡμέραν εὐσεβεῖν δοκεῖτε, μὴ νοοῦντες διὰ τί ὑμῖν προσετάγη· καὶ ἐὰν ἄζυμον ἄρτον φάγητε, πεπληρωκέναι τὸ θέλημα τοῦ θεοῦ φατε. Οὐκ ἐν τούτοις εὐδοκεῖ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν. Εἴ τις ἐστὶν ἐν ὑμῖν ἐπίορκος ἢ κλέπτης, παυσάσθω· εἴ τις μοιχός, μετανοησάτω, καὶ σεσαββάτικε τὰ τρυφερὰ καὶ ἀληθινὰ σάββατα τοῦ θεοῦ· εἴ τις καθαρὰς οὐκ ἔχει χεῖρας, λουσάσθω, καὶ καθαρός ἐστιν

如今需要的是第二樣割禮，你們卻為肉身的割禮大大自誇。新律法願你們時常守安息，你們卻僅僅閒置一日，便自以為敬虔，並不明白這吩咐你們的緣由；你們若吃了無酵餅，便說自己已成就了神的旨意。耶和華我們的神所喜悅的並不在這些事上。你們中間若有起假誓的或行竊的，就當止住；若有行姦淫的，就當悔改——這樣，他就守住了神那甘美而真實的安息日；誰若手不潔淨，就當洗淨，他便潔淨了。

There is now need of a second circumcision, and yet you pride yourselves greatly on the circumcision of the flesh. The new law wills that you keep Sabbath continually, yet you, idling away one single day, think yourselves pious, not understanding why it was enjoined upon you; and if you eat unleavened bread, you say you have fulfilled the will of God. It is not in these things that the Lord our God takes pleasure. If there is any among you who is a perjurer or a thief, let him cease; if any is an adulterer, let him repent—and so he will have kept the delightful and true Sabbaths of God; if anyone has unclean hands, let him wash, and he is clean.
