104:1
MATTH. XVIII, 15-22; Luc. XVII, 5, 4. Attendite vobis: si peccaverit in te frater tuus, vade et corripe cum inter te, et ipsum solum. Si te audient, et si pœnitenliam egerit, dimitte illi: et lucratus eris fratrem luum. Si autem te non audierit, adhibe tecum adhuc unum vel duos: ut in ore duorum vel trium stet omne verbum (Deut. XIX, 13). Quod si non audierit eos, die ecciesiæ. Si autem ecclesiam non audierit, sit tibi sicui ethnicus et publicanus. Amen dico vobis: Quæcunque alligaveritis super terram, erunt ligata et in coelo: et quxcunquc solveritis super terram, erunt soluta ei in coelo. Iterum dico vobis:
(Matt. xviii, 15-22; Luke xvii, 3, 4.) Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother sin against thee, go and reprove him between thee and him alone. If he hear thee, and if he repent, forgive him; and thou shalt gain thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, take with thee yet one or two, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may stand (Deut. xix, 15). And if he will not hear them, tell the church. And if he will not hear the church, let him be to thee as the heathen and the publican. Amen I say to you, whatsoever you shall bind upon earth shall be bound also in heaven; and whatsoever you shall loose upon earth shall be loosed also in heaven. Again I say to you:
（馬太福音十八15-22；路加福音十七3-4。）你們要謹慎：倘若你的弟兄得罪你，就趁著只有他和你在一處的時候，去指出他的錯來。他若聽你，又肯悔改，你就饒恕他，便得了你的弟兄。他若不聽，你就另帶一兩個人同去，要憑兩三個見證人的口，句句都可定準（申命記十九15）。他若不聽他們，就告訴教會；若是不聽教會，就看他像外邦人和稅吏一樣。我實在告訴你們，凡你們在地上所捆綁的，在天上也要被捆綁；凡你們在地上所釋放的，在天上也要被釋放。我又告訴你們：

quia si duo ex vobis consenserint super terram, de omni re quamcunque petierint, fiet illis a Patre meo qui in ccelis est. Ubi enim sunt duo vel tres congregali in nomine meo, ibi sum in medio eorum. Tunc accedens ad cum PeLrus, dixit: Domine, quoties peccaverit in me frater meus, et dimittam ei ? usque septies ? Dicit illi Jesus: Non dico tibi usque septies, sed usque septuagies septies.
if two of you shall agree upon earth concerning any thing whatsoever they shall ask, it shall be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Then Peter, coming to him, said: Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith to him: I say not to thee, till seven times, but till seventy times seven times.
若是你們中間有兩個人在地上同心合意地求甚麼事，我在天上的父必為他們成全。因為無論在哪裡，有兩三個人奉我的名聚會，那裡就有我在他們中間。那時，彼得進前來，對耶穌說：「主啊，我弟兄得罪我，我當饒恕他幾次呢？到七次可以嗎？」耶穌說：「我對你說，不是到七次，乃是到七十個七次。」
