(Matt. xviii, 15-22; Luke xvii, 3, 4.) Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother sin against thee, go and reprove him between thee and him alone. If he hear thee, and if he repent, forgive him; and thou shalt gain thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, take with thee yet one or two, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may stand (Deut. xix, 15). And if he will not hear them, tell the church.
