LUC. VI, 24-26. Verumtamen vae vobis divitibus, quia habetis consolalioncm vestram. Væ vobis qui saturati estis, quia esurietis. Vae vobis qui ridetis nunc, quia lugehitis et flebitis. Vae cum benedixerint vobis homines a: secundum hæc faciebant prophetis patres eorum, Sed vobis dico qui auditis:
(Luke 6:24-26) 'But woe to you that are rich, for you have your consolation. Woe to you that are filled, for you shall hunger. Woe to you that now laugh, for you shall mourn and weep. Woe to you when men shall bless you; for according to these things did their fathers to the false prophets. But to you I say that hear:
（路6:24-26）「但你們富足的人有禍了，因為你們受過你們的安慰。你們飽足的人有禍了，因為你們將要飢餓。你們喜笑的人有禍了，因為你們將要哀慟哭泣。人都說你們好的時候，你們就有禍了，因為他們的祖宗待假先知也是這樣。只是我告訴你們這聽道的人：
