67:1
MATTH. IX, 27-53. Et transeunte inde Jesu, secuti eum doe caeci clamantes et dicentes: Miserere nostri, Fili David. Cum autem venisset domum, accesserunt ad eum cæci. Et dicit eis Jesus: Creditis quia possum hoc facere vobis? Dicunt ei: Utique, Domine. Tunc tetigit oculos eorum, dicens: Secundum fidem vestram fiat vobis. Et aperti sunt oculi eorum. Et comminatus est Jesus eis dicens: Videte ne quis sciat. Illi autem exeuntes, diffamaverunt eum in universa terra illa. Egressis autem illis, ecce obtulerunt ei hominem mutum, dæmonium habentem. Et ejecto daemonio, locutus est mutus. Et miratae sunt lurbae dicentes: Nunquam apparuit sic in Israel. — MATTH. XII, 23. Nunquid iste est filius David
And as Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying: 'Have mercy on us, Son of David.' And when He had come into the house, the blind men drew near to Him. And Jesus said to them: 'Do you believe that I am able to do this for you?' They said to Him: 'Yea, Lord.' Then He touched their eyes, saying: 'According to your faith be it done unto you.' And their eyes were opened. And Jesus strictly charged them, saying: 'See that no one know it.' But they, going forth, spread His fame abroad through all that land. And as they were going out, behold, they brought to Him a dumb man possessed by a demon. And when the demon was cast out, the dumb man spoke; and the crowds marvelled, saying: 'Never was the like seen in Israel.' Is this not the Son of David?
耶穌從那裡往前走，有兩個瞎子跟著祂，喊著說：「大衛的子孫，可憐我們吧！」耶穌進了屋子，瞎子就到祂跟前來。耶穌對他們說：「你們信我能做這事嗎？」他們說：「主啊，我們信。」於是耶穌摸他們的眼睛，說：「照著你們的信心，給你們成全了吧。」他們的眼睛就開了。耶穌嚴嚴地囑咐他們說：「你們要小心，不可叫人知道。」他們卻出去，把祂的名聲傳遍了那一帶地方。他們出去的時候，有人帶著一個被鬼附的啞巴來見耶穌。鬼被趕出去，啞巴就說出話來；眾人都希奇，說：「在以色列中，從來沒有見過這樣的事。」這不是大衛的子孫嗎？
