MATTH. v, 31-32. Dictum est autem: Quicunque dimiserit uxorem suam, det illi libellum repudii (Deut. xxiv, 1). Ego autem dico vobis: quia omnis qui dimiserit uxorem suam, excepta fornicationis causa, facit eam mœchari: et qui dimissam duxerit adulterat.
(Matt. 5:31-32) And it hath been said: 'Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a bill of divorce' (Deut. 24:1). But I say to you, that whosoever shall put away his wife, excepting for the cause of fornication, maketh her to commit adultery; and he that shall marry her that is put away, committeth adultery.
（太5:31-32）又有話說：「凡休妻的，當給她休書」（申24:1）。只是我告訴你們，凡休妻的，若不是為淫亂的緣故，就是叫她作淫婦了；人若娶這被休的婦人，也是犯姦淫了。
