116:1
Alleluja. Dilexi, quoniam exaudiet Dominus vocem orationis meae.
我愛耶和華， 因為他聽了我的聲音和我的懇求。
I love Yahweh, because he listens to my voice, and my cries for mercy.
116:2
Quia inclinavit aurem suam mihi, et in diebus meis invocabo.
他既向我側耳， 我一生要求告他。
Because he has turned his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.
116:3
Circumdederunt me dolores mortis ; et pericula inferni invenerunt me. Tribulationem et dolorem inveni,
死亡的繩索纏繞我； 陰間的痛苦抓住我； 我遭遇患難愁苦。
The cords of death surrounded me, the pains of Sheol got a hold of me. I found trouble and sorrow.
116:4
et nomen Domini invocavi : o Domine, libera animam meam.
那時，我便求告耶和華的名，說： 耶和華啊，求你救我的靈魂！
Then I called on Yahweh’s name: “Yahweh, I beg you, deliver my soul.”
116:5
Misericors Dominus et justus, et Deus noster miseretur.
耶和華有恩惠，有公義； 我們的上帝以憐憫為懷。
Yahweh is gracious and righteous. Yes, our God is merciful.
116:6
Custodiens parvulos Dominus ; humiliatus sum, et liberavit me.
耶和華保護愚人； 我落到卑微的地步，他救了我。
Yahweh preserves the simple. I was brought low, and he saved me.
116:7
Convertere, anima mea, in requiem tuam, quia Dominus benefecit tibi :
我的心哪！你要仍歸安樂， 因為耶和華用厚恩待你。
Return to your rest, my soul, for Yahweh has dealt bountifully with you.
116:8
quia eripuit animam meam de morte, oculos meos a lacrimis, pedes meos a lapsu.
主啊，你救我的命免了死亡， 救我的眼免了流淚， 救我的腳免了跌倒。
For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
116:9
Placebo Domino in regione vivorum.
我要在耶和華面前行活人之路。
I will walk before Yahweh in the land of the living.
116:10
Alleluja. Credidi, propter quod locutus sum ; ego autem humiliatus sum nimis.
我因信，所以如此說話； 我受了極大的困苦。
I believed, therefore I said, “I was greatly afflicted.”
116:11
Ego dixi in excessu meo : Omnis homo mendax.
我曾急促地說： 人都是說謊的！
I said in my haste, “All people are liars.”
116:12
Quid retribuam Domino pro omnibus quae retribuit mihi ?
我拿甚麼報答耶和華向我所賜的一切厚恩？
What will I give to Yahweh for all his benefits toward me?
116:13
Calicem salutaris accipiam, et nomen Domini invocabo.
我要舉起救恩的杯， 稱揚耶和華的名。
I will take the cup of salvation, and call on Yahweh’s name.
116:14
Vota mea Domino reddam coram omni populo ejus.
我要在他眾民面前向耶和華還我的願。
I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people.
116:15
Pretiosa in conspectu Domini mors sanctorum ejus.
在耶和華眼中， 看聖民之死極為寶貴。
Precious in Yahweh’s sight is the death of his saints.
116:16
O Domine, quia ego servus tuus ; ego servus tuus, et filius ancillae tuae. Dirupisti vincula mea :
耶和華啊，我真是你的僕人； 我是你的僕人，是你婢女的兒子。 你已經解開我的綁索。
Yahweh, truly I am your servant. I am your servant, the son of your servant girl. You have freed me from my chains.
116:17
tibi sacrificabo hostiam laudis, et nomen Domini invocabo.
我要以感謝為祭獻給你， 又要求告耶和華的名。
I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call on Yahweh’s name.
116:18
Vota mea Domino reddam in conspectu omnis populi ejus ;
我要在他眾民面前， 在耶和華殿的院內， 在耶路撒冷當中， 向耶和華還我的願。 你們要讚美耶和華！
I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people,
116:19
in atriis domus Domini, in medio tui, Jerusalem.
我要在他眾民面前， 在耶和華殿的院內， 在耶路撒冷當中， 向耶和華還我的願。 你們要讚美耶和華！
in the courts of Yahweh’s house, in the middle of you, Jerusalem. Praise Yah!
