耶和華所立的根基在聖山上。
His foundation is in the holy mountains.
87:2
diligit Dominus portas Sion super omnia tabernacula Jacob.
他愛錫安的門， 勝於愛雅各一切的住處。
Yahweh loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
87:3
Gloriosa dicta sunt de te, civitas Dei !
上帝的城啊， 有榮耀的事乃指着你說的。（細拉）
Glorious things are spoken about you, city of God. Selah.
87:4
Memor ero Rahab et Babylonis, scientium me ; ecce alienigenae, et Tyrus, et populus Aethiopum, hi fuerunt illic.
我要提起拉哈伯和巴比倫人， 是在認識我之中的； 看哪，非利士和泰爾並古實人， 個個生在那裏。
I will record Rahab and Babylon among those who acknowledge me. Behold, Philistia, Tyre, and also Ethiopia: “This one was born there.”
87:5
Numquid Sion dicet : Homo et homo natus est in ea, et ipse fundavit eam Altissimus ?
論到錫安，必說： 這一個、那一個都生在其中， 而且至高者必親自堅立這城。
Yes, of Zion it will be said, “This one and that one was born in her;” the Most High himself will establish her.
87:6
Dominus narrabit in scripturis populorum et principum, horum qui fuerunt in ea.
當耶和華記錄萬民的時候， 他要點出這一個生在那裏。（細拉）
Yahweh will count, when he writes up the peoples, “This one was born there.” Selah.
87:7
Sicut laetantium omnium habitatio est in te.
歌唱的，跳舞的，都要說： 我的泉源都在你裏面。
Those who sing as well as those who dance say, “All my springs are in you.”
