144:1
Psalmus David. Adversus Goliath. Benedictus Dominus Deus meus, qui docet manus meas ad praelium, et digitos meos ad bellum.
耶和華－我的磐石是應當稱頌的！ 他教導我的手爭戰， 教導我的指頭打仗。
Blessed be Yahweh, my rock, who trains my hands to war, and my fingers to battle—
144:2
Misericordia mea et refugium meum ; susceptor meus et liberator meus ; protector meus, et in ipso speravi, qui subdit populum meum sub me.
他是我慈愛的主，我的山寨， 我的高臺，我的救主， 我的盾牌，是我所投靠的； 他使我的百姓服在我以下。
my loving kindness, my fortress, my high tower, my deliverer, my shield, and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me.
144:3
Domine, quid est homo, quia innotuisti ei ? aut filius hominis, quia reputas eum ?
耶和華啊，人算甚麼，你竟認識他！ 世人算甚麼，你竟顧念他！
Yahweh, what is man, that you care for him? Or the son of man, that you think of him?
144:4
Homo vanitati similis factus est ; dies ejus sicut umbra praetereunt.
人好像一口氣； 他的年日如同影兒快快過去。
Man is like a breath. His days are like a shadow that passes away.
144:5
Domine, inclina caelos tuos, et descende ; tange montes, et fumigabunt.
耶和華啊，求你使天下垂，親自降臨， 摸山，山就冒煙。
Part your heavens, Yahweh, and come down. Touch the mountains, and they will smoke.
144:6
Fulgura coruscationem, et dissipabis eos ; emitte sagittas tuas, et conturbabis eos.
求你發出閃電，使他們四散， 射出你的箭，使他們擾亂。
Throw out lightning, and scatter them. Send out your arrows, and rout them.
144:7
Emitte manum tuam de alto : eripe me, et libera me de aquis multis, de manu filiorum alienorum :
求你從上伸手救拔我， 救我出離大水， 救我脫離外邦人的手。
Stretch out your hand from above, rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters, out of the hands of foreigners,
144:8
quorum os locutum est vanitatem, et dextera eorum dextera iniquitatis.
他們的口說謊話； 他們的右手起假誓。
whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
144:9
Deus, canticum novum cantabo tibi ; in psalterio decachordo psallam tibi.
上帝啊，我要向你唱新歌， 用十弦瑟向你歌頌。
I will sing a new song to you, God. On a ten-stringed lyre, I will sing praises to you.
144:10
Qui das salutem regibus, qui redemisti David servum tuum de gladio maligno,
你是那拯救君王的； 你是那救僕人大衛脫離害命之刀的。
You are he who gives salvation to kings, who rescues David, his servant, from the deadly sword.
144:11
eripe me, et erue me de manu filiorum alienorum, quorum os locutum est vanitatem, et dextera eorum dextera iniquitatis.
求你救拔我， 救我脫離外邦人的手。 他們的口說謊話； 他們的右手起假誓。
Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hands of foreigners, whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
144:12
Quorum filii sicut novellae plantationes in juventute sua ; filiae eorum compositae, circumornatae ut similitudo templi.
我們的兒子從幼年好像樹栽子長大； 我們的女兒如同殿角石， 是按建宮的樣式鑿成的。
Then our sons will be like well-nurtured plants, our daughters like pillars carved to adorn a palace.
144:13
Promptuaria eorum plena, eructantia ex hoc in illud ; oves eorum foetosae, abundantes in egressibus suis ;
我們的倉盈滿，能出各樣的糧食； 我們的羊在田間孳生千萬。
Our barns are full, filled with all kinds of provision. Our sheep produce thousands and ten thousands in our fields.
144:14
boves eorum crassae. Non est ruina maceriae, neque transitus, neque clamor in plateis eorum.
我們的牛馱着滿馱， 沒有人闖進來搶奪， 也沒有人出去爭戰； 我們的街市上也沒有哭號的聲音。
Our oxen will pull heavy loads. There is no breaking in, and no going away, and no outcry in our streets.
144:15
Beatum dixerunt populum cui haec sunt ; beatus populus cujus Dominus Deus ejus.
遇見這光景的百姓便為有福！ 有耶和華為他們的上帝，這百姓便為有福！
Happy are the people who are in such a situation. Happy are the people whose God is Yahweh.
