138:1
Ipsi David. Confitebor tibi, Domine, in toto corde meo, quoniam audisti verba oris mei. In conspectu angelorum psallam tibi ;
我要一心稱謝你， 在諸神面前歌頌你。
I will give you thanks with my whole heart. Before the gods, I will sing praises to you.
138:2
adorabo ad templum sanctum tuum, et confitebor nomini tuo : super misericordia tua et veritate tua ; quoniam magnificasti super omne, nomen sanctum tuum.
我要向你的聖殿下拜， 為你的慈愛和誠實稱讚你的名； 因你使你的話顯為大， 過於你所應許的 。
I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all.
138:3
In quacumque die invocavero te, exaudi me ; multiplicabis in anima mea virtutem.
我呼求的日子，你就應允我， 鼓勵我，使我心裏有能力。
In the day that I called, you answered me. You encouraged me with strength in my soul.
138:4
Confiteantur tibi, Domine, omnes reges terrae, quia audierunt omnia verba oris tui.
耶和華啊，地上的君王都要稱謝你， 因他們聽見了你口中的言語。
All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they have heard the words of your mouth.
138:5
Et cantent in viis Domini, quoniam magna est gloria Domini ;
他們要歌頌耶和華的作為， 因耶和華大有榮耀。
Yes, they will sing of the ways of Yahweh, for Yahweh’s glory is great!
138:6
quoniam excelsus Dominus, et humilia respicit, et alta a longe cognoscit.
耶和華雖高，仍看顧低微的人； 他卻從遠處看出驕傲的人。
For though Yahweh is high, yet he looks after the lowly; but he knows the proud from afar.
138:7
Si ambulavero in medio tribulationis, vivificabis me ; et super iram inimicorum meorum extendisti manum tuam, et salvum me fecit dextera tua.
我雖行在患難中，你必將我救活； 我的仇敵發怒，你必伸手抵擋他們； 你的右手也必救我。
Though I walk in the middle of trouble, you will revive me. You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies. Your right hand will save me.
138:8
Dominus retribuet pro me. Domine, misericordia tua in saeculum ; opera manuum tuarum ne despicias.
耶和華必成全關乎我的事； 耶和華啊，你的慈愛永遠長存！ 求你不要離棄你手所造的。
Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns me. Your loving kindness, Yahweh, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands.
