115:1
Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam :
耶和華啊，榮耀不要歸與我們， 不要歸與我們； 要因你的慈愛和誠實歸在你的名下！
Not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness, and for your truth’s sake.
115:2
super misericordia tua et veritate tua ; nequando dicant gentes : Ubi est Deus eorum ?
為何容外邦人說： 他們的上帝在哪裏呢？
Why should the nations say, “Where is their God, now?”
115:3
Deus autem noster in caelo ; omnia quaecumque voluit fecit.
然而，我們的上帝在天上， 都隨自己的意旨行事。
But our God is in the heavens. He does whatever he pleases.
115:4
Simulacra gentium argentum et aurum, opera manuum hominum.
他們的偶像是金的，銀的， 是人手所造的，
Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
115:5
Os habent, et non loquentur ; oculos habent, et non videbunt.
有口卻不能言， 有眼卻不能看，
They have mouths, but they don’t speak. They have eyes, but they don’t see.
115:6
Aures habent, et non audient ; nares habent, et non odorabunt.
有耳卻不能聽， 有鼻卻不能聞，
They have ears, but they don’t hear. They have noses, but they don’t smell.
115:7
Manus habent, et non palpabunt ; pedes habent, et non ambulabunt ; non clamabunt in gutture suo.
有手卻不能摸， 有腳卻不能走， 有喉嚨也不能出聲。
They have hands, but they don’t feel. They have feet, but they don’t walk, neither do they speak through their throat.
115:8
Similes illis fiant qui faciunt ea, et omnes qui confidunt in eis.
造他的要和他一樣； 凡靠他的也要如此。
Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them.
115:9
Domus Israël speravit in Domino ; adjutor eorum et protector eorum est.
以色列啊，你要倚靠耶和華！ 他是你的幫助和你的盾牌。
Israel, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield.
115:10
Domus Aaron speravit in Domino ; adjutor eorum et protector eorum est.
亞倫家啊，你們要倚靠耶和華！ 他是你們的幫助和你們的盾牌。
House of Aaron, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield.
115:11
Qui timent Dominum speraverunt in Domino ; adjutor eorum et protector eorum est.
你們敬畏耶和華的，要倚靠耶和華！ 他是你們的幫助和你們的盾牌。
You who fear Yahweh, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield.
115:12
Dominus memor fuit nostri, et benedixit nobis. Benedixit domui Israël ; benedixit domui Aaron.
耶和華向來眷念我們； 他還要賜福給我們： 要賜福給以色列的家， 賜福給亞倫的家。
Yahweh remembers us. He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel. He will bless the house of Aaron.
115:13
Benedixit omnibus qui timent Dominum, pusillis cum majoribus.
凡敬畏耶和華的，無論大小， 主必賜福給他。
He will bless those who fear Yahweh, both small and great.
115:14
Adjiciat Dominus super vos, super vos et super filios vestros.
願耶和華叫你們 和你們的子孫日見加增。
May Yahweh increase you more and more, you and your children.
115:15
Benedicti vos a Domino, qui fecit caelum et terram.
你們蒙了造天地之耶和華的福！
Blessed are you by Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
115:16
Caelum caeli Domino ; terram autem dedit filiis hominum.
天，是耶和華的天； 地，他卻給了世人。
The heavens are Yahweh’s heavens, but he has given the earth to the children of men.
115:17
Non mortui laudabunt te, Domine, neque omnes qui descendunt in infernum :
死人不能讚美耶和華； 下到寂靜中的也都不能。
The dead don’t praise Yah, nor any who go down into silence,
115:18
sed nos qui vivimus, benedicimus Domino, ex hoc nunc et usque in saeculum.
但我們要稱頌耶和華， 從今時直到永遠。 你們要讚美耶和華！
but we will bless Yah, from this time forward and forever more. Praise Yah!
