Et cum egrederetur Jesus de templo, accesserunt discipuli ejus, ut ostenderent ei ædificationem templi, dicentes: Magister, aspice quales lapides et quales structurae. Et respondens Jesus, ait: Videtis has omnes ædificationes? Amen dico vobis: vcnient dies in quibus non relinquetur hic lapis supra lapidem, qui non destruatur.
馬太福音第二十四章一至二節；馬可福音第十三章一至二節；路加福音第二十一章五至六節。耶穌出了聖殿，他的門徒進前來，把殿宇的建築指給他看，說：「夫子，請看，這是何等的石頭，何等的殿宇。」耶穌回答說：「你們看見這一切的建築嗎？我實在告訴你們，將來在這裡沒有一塊石頭留在石頭上不被拆毀的。」

And as Jesus was going out of the temple, his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple, saying: 'Master, behold what stones and what structures.' And Jesus, answering, said: 'Do you see all these buildings? Amen I say to you: days will come in which there shall not be left here one stone upon another that shall not be thrown down.'
