Adeodata gloriosa femina petitoria nobis insinuatione suggessit quod babetur in suboitis: in domo siquidem juris sui intra civitatem Lilybetanam mon 'sterium ancillarum Dei a solo se pro sua devotione fundasse, quod in honorem beati Petri principis apostolorum, et sanctorum Christi martyrum Laurentii, Hermetis, Pancratii, Sebastiani et Agnetis desiderat consecrari.
