Proinde experientiae tuæ præcipimus ut hæredibus Isidori, illustris memoriae viri, assidue et fortius dcbeat imminere, ut xenodochium quod a auctor eorum per ultimae voluntatis arbitrium in Panormitana fieri civitate constituit, sine aliqua difficultate, secundum ea quae sunt disposita implere festinent, ne si amplius boc adhuc negligendum putaverint, tam nostram quam Dei iram de legibus venientem, quam hujusmodi dispositionem implere diflerentes merentur, incurrant.

Those things which the intention of a pious will directs to be done, in order that they may be able to arrive at their effect, ought to be the object of priestly care. Therefore we command your Experience diligently and more strongly to press upon the heirs of Isidore, a man of illustrious memory, that the hospice which their author appointed by the decision of his last will to be made in the city of Panormus, they should hasten to fulfil without any difficulty, according to the things that were disposed; lest, if they should think this still to be neglected further, they incur both our wrath and God's, coming from the laws, which those deferring to fulfil a disposition of this kind deserve.
額我略致護衛官凡提努。凡敬虔之意願所指定當作之事，為使它們能達到實效，就當成為司鐸照料的對象。因此，我們命令你的閱歷殷勤而更加有力地催促顯赫可記念之人依西多的繼承人：就是他們的先人藉遺囑之裁決指定當在帕諾姆斯城建造的招待所，他們當毫無困難地照所安排的急速辦成；免得他們若仍認為此事可再拖延，便招來我們的、也招來天主的、出於律法的震怒，這是那些延遲履行此類遺囑安排的人所應得的。

Si vero deputata in eorum xenodochio, quod fiendum est, quantitas videtur forte non posse suflicere, locus in quo xenodochium ipsum fuerat constituendum, vel quidquid ibi relictum est, xenodochio sancti Theodori, quod in prædicta civitate a Petro quondam constitutum est, applicetur, quatenus et haeredes a sollicitudine vel labore constituendi xenodochii valeant exui, et voluntas defuncti salubriter sumat effectum, dum etsi in loco alio, ipsi tamen rei quidquid a testatore deputatum est erogetur. Ita ergo experientia tua sollicitudinem gerat, ut unum e duobus siue aliqua debeat fieri tarditate.
But if the amount allotted in their hospice, which is to be made, seems perchance not to be able to suffice, let the place in which that hospice was to have been established, or whatever has been left there, be applied to the hospice of Saint Theodore, which was formerly established in the aforesaid city by Peter; so that both the heirs may be freed from the solicitude and toil of establishing the hospice, and the will of the deceased may salubriously take effect, since, even though in another place, yet to that very object whatever was allotted by the testator is bestowed. So then let your Experience take such care that one of the two ought to be done without any tardiness.
但若他們那將要建造的招待所所分配的款額，或許看來不足敷用，那麼就把那本要設立招待所之處、或凡在那裡所留下的，撥歸聖狄奧多的招待所，就是從前由伯多祿在前述城中所設立的；如此，一面使繼承人得以脫離設立招待所的操心與勞苦，一面使亡者的意願妥善生效，因為縱然在別處，凡遺囑人所分配的仍是用於同一目的。故此，願你的閱歷如此留意，使二者之一毫不遲延地辦成。
