Dilectionis vestrae desideria insinuata nobis quam oDtulistis petitio reseravit, electionemque vestram valde laudavimus, quia Agnellum fratrem et coepiscopum nostrum probatum jam meritis cardinalem vobis constituti deprecamini sacerdotem. 635 Et quoniam gratae laudandaeque petitioni nec effectum negari, nec moram oportebat innecti, secundum desideria postulalionemque vestram supradictum Agnellum, directa praeceptione, Ecclesiae vestræ cardinalem esse statuimus sacerdotem.
