Quoniam Fuscus Capuanae Ecclesiæ episcopus hic positus de hac Ince migravit, curae nobis fuit destitutae Ecclesiae visitationem fratri et coepiscopo iiostro Gaudentio Nolanæ civitatis episcopo solemniter delegare, cui dedimus in mandatis ut nibil de provectionibus clericorum, reditu, ornatu, ministeriisque a quoquam usurpari patiatur. Cujus vos assiduis adhortationibus convenit obedire, quatenus in ecclesiastico obequio, atque in Dei laudibus vigilanti de.. beatis cura persistere, moresque vestros sub digna ecc!esiastici regiminis disciplina componere.

It behooves you to obey his assiduous exhortations, so that in ecclesiastical service and in the praises of God you ought to persist with vigilant care, and to compose your morals under the worthy discipline of ecclesiastical governance.

Nee quisquam vestrum eius audeat præceptinibus obviare, sed omni tam ecclesiastica observatione, quam etiam Ecclesiæ vestræ custod'a, ejus provisionihus obedientiatn exhibere, quatenus dum eius regimini vestra fuerit obedientia commodata, et Ecclesiæ vestræ in nullo negligatur utilitas, et ejus sit cura propensior.
你們中間也不可有人膽敢違抗他的訓令，卻當在一切教會的遵守上、以及在你們教會的守護上，向他的安排顯出順從，好使你們的順從既已交付於他的治理之下，你們教會的益處便絲毫不被忽略，而他對它的看顧也愈加殷勤。
Nor let any of you dare to oppose his precepts, but in all ecclesiastical observance, as well as in the guardianship of your Church, show obedience to his provisions, so that, while your obedience has been rendered to his governance, both the profit of your Church may in no way be neglected, and his care for it may be the more attentive.
