Gregorius Chrysantho episcopo a Spolctano. Paulus, b Ecclesiæ teatinae diaconus, petitoria nobis insinuatione poposcit ut ad fontes 943 in hasilica beatæ Mariae semper virginis genitricis Dei et Domini nostri Jesu Christi, quae est intra civitatem Reatinam posita, reliquiæ beatorum martyrum Hermetis et Hyacinthi et Maximi debeant collocari. Et ideo, frater charissime, si in eodem loco nullum corpus constat humanum, sanctuaria prædictorum martyrum cum reverentia siue ambiguitate suscepta diligenter consecrabis.

And therefore, dearest brother, if it is certain that no human body is in that same place, you shall diligently consecrate the sanctuaries of the aforesaid martyrs, received with reverence and without ambiguity.
