Unde r christianitas vestra piae cnusiderationis, ut consuevit, intuitu, in quantum utile perspicit, ei locum d vel actionem provideat, ex qua quotidianis stipendiis valeat contineri; quoniam hæc maxima laus et merces est, si illa orphanis impendantur quæ eorum pro suis obsequiis poterant genitoribus exhiberi.

Wherefore let your Christian spirit, with the regard of pious consideration, as is its custom, provide him, so far as it perceives to be useful, with a place or an occupation whereby he may be sustained by daily wages; for this is the greatest praise and reward, if those things are bestowed upon orphans which could have been rendered to their parents in return for their services.
