Basilicam beati Stephani martyris, quam fraternitas vestra incendio assem concrematam, 826 quam etiam nuper 8 instauratam esse commemorat.facultatem tribuimusdicandi in qua etiam reliquiarumsanctuaria ejusdembeati Stephani martyris volumus collocari, Et ideo, frater charissime, ad praedictam te Ecclesiam ire necesse est, et tam Ecclesiæ quam etiam altaris noviter constructi dedicationem solemniter exhibere, ut exspectantium de eadem consecratione devotio Domino valeat auxiliante compleri. Quidquid præterca cidem loco a fundatoribus olim concessum est, in ea qua dimissum est voluntate ac firmitate volumus permanere.
