Accordingly, learning what has been agreed between your Love and Fantinus our defensor and rector of the patrimony of the region of Palermo, concerning the portions belonging to you in Massalenae and Samanteria, in the province of Sicily, the territory of Palermo, and the house situated in the city of Palermo, which some time ago you had offered to our Church under the title of donation;
