IBID. — Inter nos interim constringatur, et tunc ad judicium provocet sermonibus suis Deum. 13. Non solum inepta dicere student, sed multa. — Ac si diceret: Ex nostra assertione cognoscat quia nequaquam divinae examinationi bufficial. Et quia arrogantes viri non solum student inepta dicere, sed etiam multa; versus qui sequitur, bene de ilio frequenter infertur.
同節——願他暫且被我們捆綁,然後讓他用自己的言語向神挑起爭辯。十三、他們不但熱衷於說愚妄之言,且說得甚多。——彷彿他說:願他從我們的斷言認出,他絕不足以應付神的查察。而因為自高之人不但熱衷於說愚妄之言,甚且說得甚多,所以下面這節論到他,說得又合宜又切合:
Ibid. — Let him meanwhile be bound among us, and then let him with his words provoke God to judgment. 13. They are eager not only to say inept things, but many. — As if he said: From our assertion let him recognize that he in no way suffices for the divine examination. And because arrogant men are eager not only to say inept things, but even many, the verse that follows is well and frequently brought in concerning him.
