Explicatur versus nonus cum reliquis capitis XXXIX, omissis tantum tribus ultimis; et divinæ gratia:, in Evangelii prædicatione peccatorumque conversione, efficacia præsertini demonstratur.
第九節連同第三十九章其餘各節一併講解，僅略去末後三節；並特別闡明神聖恩典在福音的宣講與罪人的悔改中的功效。
The ninth verse is explained together with the rest of chapter 39, only the last three being omitted; and the efficacy of divine grace is especially demonstrated in the preaching of the Gospel and in the conversion of sinners.
