V ers. 15. — Inquilini domus meae et ancillac sicut alienum habuerunt me. 48. A sacerdotibus et levitis pro alieno habitus fuit Christus. — Inquilini domus Dei fuerunt sacerdotes, quorum origo in Dei servitio deputata jam per offi- cium in conditione tenebatur. Ancillae autem non immerito intelliguntur Levitarum animae, ad secreta tabernaculi, quasi ad interiora cubiculi, familiarius servientes. Dicat ergo de sacerdotibus sedula cura servientibus, dicat de Levitis ad interiora domus Dei obsequentibus: Inquilini domus meae e et ancillae sicut alienum habuerunt me, quia incarnatum Domi- num, quem dudum per legis verba praedixerant, co- gnoscere ac venerari noluerunt.
第15節——「我家中的寄居者與我的婢女，都把我當作陌生人。」48. 基督被祭司與利未人當作陌生人。——神家中的寄居者就是祭司，他們的出身既被指派來事奉神，就已藉職分被置於那身分中。而婢女不無理由地被理解為利未人的靈魂，他們更親密地事奉於帳幕的隱密之處，如同事奉於內室的深處。那麼，讓祂論到那些以殷勤之心事奉的祭司，讓祂論到那些侍候神家內部的利未人說：「我家中的寄居者與我的婢女，都把我當作陌生人」，因為他們不願認識並敬拜那成了肉身的主，就是他們早先藉律法的話所預言的那位。
Verse 15. — 'The dwellers in my house and my maidservants have accounted me as a stranger.' 48. By the priests and Levites Christ was accounted a stranger. — The dwellers in the house of God were the priests, whose origin, appointed to the service of God, was already held in that condition through their office. And the maidservants are not without reason understood as the souls of the Levites, serving more intimately at the secret things of the tabernacle, as at the inner parts of the chamber. Let Him say, then, of the priests serving with sedulous care, let Him say of the Levites attending upon the inner parts of the house of God: 'The dwellers in my house and my maidservants have accounted me as a stranger,' because they were unwilling to know and to venerate the incarnate Lord, whom they had long ago foretold through the words of the law.

Who yet more openly manifests that He was not known by their perverse will, when He subjoins:
