Duobus ultimis versiculis capit is XXXIX explicatis, quatuor supra decem priores cap. XL exponuntur; multaque tum de infinita Dei potentia, tum de Satanæ noxiis in homines consiliis docentur.
The last two verses of chapter 39 having been expounded, the fourteen following of chapter 40 are set forth; and much is taught both concerning the infinite power of God and concerning the harmful counsels of Satan against men.
