I bid.— Sicut Domino placuit, ita factum est, sit no- Men 72 Domini benedictum. 87. Tentato quid agendum. —In hoc, quod interna perturbatione concutimur, dignum est ut ad condito- ris judicium recurramus; ut inde cor nostrum adju- tori suo majores laudes exhibeat, unde pulsatum verius imbecillitatem suae infirmitatis pensat. Bene autem dicitur:
In the same place. — As it hath pleased the Lord, so is it done; blessed be the name of the Lord. 87. What is to be done by one tempted. — In this, that we are shaken by inward disturbance, it is fitting that we have recourse to the judgment of the Creator; so that from thence our heart may render greater praises to its Helper, whence, being smitten, it more truly weighs the feebleness of its own weakness. And it is well said.
同一處。——耶和華的旨意怎樣喜悅，事就怎樣成就；耶和華的名是應當稱頌的。八十七、受試探者當作甚麼。——在我們被內裡的攪擾所震動這件事上，我們理當投奔於造物主的判斷；好使我們的心從中向它的幫助者獻上更大的稱頌，因它被擊打時，便更真實地衡量自身軟弱的無能。經文說得好。
